RPM Changelogs are important and should be supported for supported Fedora, maybe even the most recent entry into Fedora Legacy. Anyone upgrading from an ancient release expects to do a bit more research than `rpm -qi --changelog package`. Extremely historic Changelogs are a nuisance that just add noise to the important information-- what has changed since the last RPM. |
