Yeah, I thought about that one. It's definitely strategic for the
Workstation WG (and see my view on it
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/thread/CQPN3QG433LLZTR5TKCBXLXPEKM74LMV/
).

I think this fits under "can be unlinked from the release"; it's
something that can be introduced at any time with minimal disruption to
the release itself or even the release process. But maybe we want to
intentionally aim to land that in November, post-release, so that the
infrastructure changes (and time required from infrastructure team and
rel-eng) are kept away from the critical release time?
