Even assuming that we started the removal process for those packages, it's not going to happen today, and IIUC, the mass rebuild is supposed to start real soon now. The rebuild is supposed to test recent changes in gcc/glibc/whatever and uncover issues, so it'll not help if so many packages are failing to build because of other reasons.
