Thanks, but those changes are unlikely to be ready for the mass rebuild,
and a separate rebuild of Go packages will be needed.  (And even Go 1.8
FTBFS on most architectures in rawhide.)

So it's just the s390x import which remains as the rationale for a mass
rebuild.
