What happened to the Nice-To-Have (NTH) tag?
It was renamed to freeze exception. But it covers a different set of fixes.
Those are bugs that are worth breaking a freeze in order to get a fix in,
but aren't worth delaying the release for.
The issue we are trying to fix, is getting important bugs (blocker or not)
attention from people who are capable of fixing them. That can sometimes
be hard to do.
