Most packages don't > have dedicated aliases for that. Everyone having `watchbugzilla` on a package is automatically cc'ed to the bug reports. In the early days of pkgdb2, I had it be: everyone with `watchbugzilla` or `commit` but I was asked to remove that last condition [1].
