I never said anything otherwise.

I was pointing out that most of the software developed in the last
decade, software written in languages like Java, PHP, Ruby, Go, ...
have all been written based on using their own criteria for
dependencies.

There are a number of reasons for this less than ideal state of
affairs, but just because you don't have to deal with it doesn't mean
no one else has to.
