  The other commented on parts of systemd suite which are not used in
Fedora.  And four years ago we made a decision based on features and
abilities of systemd then.  No one can read future.  But one can anticipate
his needs and develop or pay for development of features suiting his needs.

  /tmp has nothing to do with systemd; UsrMove has nothing to do with systemd;
journalctl as a nice feature but has minor impact on Fedora (and related
change to remove rsyslog by default was rejected by Fedora).

  Any specifics?  That's vague statement.
