Please note that I had to redefine %systemd_post for F16 and F17 in order to simplify it to that. The %systemd_post_enable logic doesn't apply in F18+, because there is no longer any explicit enablement at the package level. The two are not synonymous. FWIW, I actually think that doing it as a preset policy makes more sense, because it allows for that decision to be made depending on the usecase, with a set of system-wide defaults provided by Fedora that can be overridden.
