That'd be pointless. I would hope that most people *would* run it again. I would run it with different arguments, then run it with strace, valgrind, gdb or similar. In many cases there might be damaged or missing files, kernel modules not loaded, network down, resources locked or unavailable, and many other things that can cause the program to fail but aren't inherently the fault of the program.
