(oh, and also, when that field is empty for an update, PackageKit tells
the user it's empty and shows them the changelog instead. Subbing in the
changelog at the "show the user" stage is a sensible approach when the
maintainer screwed up. Subbing in the changelog at the "submit the
update" stage is just inappropriately covering for lazy maintainers.)
