If I'm not mistaken, I do believe Ogg as a container only supports other
Xiph-related codecs.  For example, OGM, which was common a short while
ago for containing MPEG4-encoded video, was a hack and was not
officially supported by the Xiph.  It's actually considered to be a
derivative format, rather than the same as Ogg.

Don't get me wrong, I love Ogg and all the other freedom-related work
Xiph is doing.  I am just not sure about the accuracy of the statement
that "Ogg doesn't restrict choice".
