At least Kevin Kofler, Ralf Corsépius, Orion Paplowski, Manuel 
Wolfshant and myself were interested. And we didn't want 
'dedicated infrastructure' before doing anything, but an 
agreement that such a project had a future. Did you even read
the proposal?
