Does anaconda in fact configure *input methods*? If not, then this could be a problem for languages which require these (including CJK). I have noticed, for instance, that if you install in Japanese for the last few releases, the default choice on g-i-s' input screen is not the most optimal one: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776189 If removing the screen from g-i-s means users who install in Japanese will just wind up with the 'ja' keyboard layout and no actual input method configured, this is a very poor outcome and should be avoided (to be very clear: this is not remotely a workable configuration for a Japanese user. With such a configuration it is not possible to type any Japanese characters at all.) "We will remove the network configuration spoke from Anaconda."
