FreeSWAN Kernel Question

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Greetings-

I am beginning my migration from Previous RedHat builds to Fedora on my server boxes, one of which will be used for VPN using FreeSWAN.  I noticed after installing Fedora that it installed 2 separate kernels.
  •  2.4.22-1.2115.nptlsmp
  •  2.4.22-1.2115.nptl
I was wondering, what is the main difference between them?  And would it be better to run one or the other for IPSec?

Thank you in advance,
Chad
