Can someone help me with this? suse:~ # hdparm -Y /dev/sdb /dev/sdb: issuing sleep command HDIO_DRIVE_CMD(sleep) failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device Why can´t serial ata drives (wd3200js) be turned off or at least put in sleep mode with hdparm?
