Without an example of the bounce response itself it's virtually impossible to troubleshoot. Can someone with mailman access please provide an example of a bounce response?
All the attachments on those rejected messages are just HTML copies of the message (which are not on the list of filtered attachments), and they seem to be on every message anyway. It also looks like mailman is stripping them.
