[Centos] PXE(bis) boot Centos 4.0 problems

If it fails during the normal kernel boot sequence, it's too quick for
me to perceive.  pxelinux begins to load the kernel, and it seems to be
at the transition to running the loaded kernel that hell breaks out.  I
can see no obvious sign that vmlinuz is actually starting, more like a
blob of bad code just started and toasted the boot.

Double-checked the vmlinux and initrd I'm using, they are not
corrupted...
