[Centos] PXE(bis) boot Centos 4.0 problems

Does /anyone/ out there have any luck with Compaq 
DL-series servers PXEbooting CentOS 4, or even RHEL4?

Using the same platform I used for CentOS 3 (worked 
great).  PXElinux 3.07 for bootloader.  Have tried about 
every boot option available as well (nousb, noapic, nomce, 
apic, nopcmcia) to no avail.

This is a Xeon processor system with hardware RAID 
(cciss).
