[Centos] PXE(bis) boot Centos 4.0 problems

Just FYI, CentOS 4.0final PXE boot doesn't work on Compaq 
DL360 G4 systems either.  You get "Loading......" 
immediately replaced by a screen full of flashing 
multicolored confetti.

I'm lost...
