[Centos] PXE(bis) boot Centos 4.0 problems

I tried to pass args to the kernel ( vga= .... nofb ; etc ).
I also did some tcpdumps and noticed he loads vmlinuz fine, fully. then 
he doesn't try to load initrd, because of the crash.
2.4 pxe kernels provided with the CD1 of centos 3.3,3.4, 3.1 works fine ...
I guess the problem is an issue because this is a 2.6 kernel .... in 
other hand, the original centos-4 CD1 is booting fine on all system i've 
tested.

I'm very suprised to see i'm alone with Alan to have this problem ...

I don't know what to do more :P
