My suggestion would be to acquire a domain name, have e-mail for it hosted by a quality provider, and never have to change your e-mail address again thereafter, even if you move to a different provider for mail and other services - as long as you maintain the domain registration.
Also, Linux is an excellent operating system for running mail servers, and the entire process is fully screen reader-accessible.
