Thanks. Got it installed. How do I enable it. I ran systemctl enable
fenrir-screenreader and got the service doesn't exhist. Is it under a
different name? I'd like to have it set to start at boot up so i can
use my concel.

evdev is part of the linux kernel so why this ought to have come up

issue puzzles me now I think of it. If a package doesn't install
perhaps
try modprobe evdev as sudo or root and see if that works.
