I've read your postings here and know that you have a broad and deep knowledge of programming in several languages. So, let me ask you this: does Linux even have assembly as a language? If so, is it so much different from that under DOS that's it's easier struggling with DOSEMU than learning it? Thanks, Walt ------_=_NextPart_001_01C2C7D0.77770910 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <META HTTP-EQUIV=3D"Content-Type" CONTENT=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <META NAME=3D"Generator" CONTENT=3D"MS Exchange Server version = 5.5.2653.12"> <TITLE>RE: DOS box in Linux</TITLE> </HEAD> <BODY> <P><FONT SIZE=3D2>Hi John,</FONT> </P> <P><FONT SIZE=3D2> If DOSEMU is so hard to get up and going = for you, then I don't stand a chance.
