dhcp problems with loopspk and redhat 7.2

If you are using dhcpcd to acquire
dns addresses, they will be placed into /etc/resolv.conf.dhcp

You'll need to copy this to /etc/resolv.conf to pick up
the new addresses.   It may also be sufficient to make
/etc/resolv.conf a symbolic link to /etc/resolv.conf.dhcp
