Hello, i'm wondering if I have to log in twice to my Web server if I first do ftp to upload some files and then do telnet to make some onsite changes without disturbing the copies on my local system. I have a DSL connection? Can I safely leave telnet running for hours when i want to make occasional changes to the romote site? Thanks.
