John: Samba is very sensitive about modules. You cannot just use the latest rpm without updating its dependencies. PS: Any reason you're not using 7.2? You should be able to upgrade with something like: up2date -p I think that's the correct flag, anyway. PS: Red Hat is a good ways into its next beta cycle called Skipjack.
