Hello! I have brltty version 2.98. i know that my display is supported because i can use it on my other machine. i have compiled it to only an executable file, but it doesn't start under the zipslack. you may wonder why i don't use brlspeak. I have only a modem, and the file is very large. and there is not a splitted version on the file as on the zipslack or zipspeak download page. -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Fr=E5n: blinux-list-admin@redhat.com [mailto:blinux-list-admin@redhat.com]F=F6r John J. I had been having troiuble that was ultimately traced to brltt= y being run twice. I don't remember seeing your braille display in the list of supported displays. Brltty does work with the brlspeak minidistribution, which is a version of slackware. What kind of problems do you have compiling brltty on the machine you want to use it on? How ar= e you starting brltty? My problems were due to starting it at the wrong place in the boot-up sequence.
