AGL testing run for master branch

Hello everyone

Audio works locally and over bluetooth.

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.

HVAC, Dashboard, Radio and Navigation apps are also working

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter images

Flutter images currently run on platforms with at least 4GB RAM - h3refhw,  h3ulcb-kf, rpi4-4GB, rpi4-8GB.

Running the new flutter demo on platforms with less RAM triggers OOM on up2 and m3ulcb.
