AGL testing run for master branch

Hello everyone,

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.

HVAC, Dashboard, Radio and Navigation apps are also working

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter images

Flutter images currently run only on platforms with 8GB of ram - h3refhw, h3ulcb-kf and rpi4-8GB.

Running the new flutter demo on platforms with less RAM triggers OOM.
