None of them are new airports.  SOmeone mentioned Denver experiences.  That
was a proving ground that the other airport had to close.  Look at the costs
the airlines had to absorb in order to go there.
I am not against airport expansion/new airports personally.  I favor it.
But economically and politically it won't happen.
