Baha, Now that's a good question. I would conjecture that Hitler and his cohorts, who have been dead for almost fifty-eight years, do not represent a threat to the United States. Although Ayatollah Khomeini is also dead, many of his religious followers have sworn to destroy America. Osama and Saddam however, along with their followers, have sworn to destroy America and represent a clear and present danger to Americans. If you were the aircraft commander and had passenger(s) who had pictures of these three people, and I don't mean news photos or stories, would you allow them on your airplane - and still feel comfortable looking a passenger in the eye saying that they were "perfectly safe?" These people are just exercising their "First Amendment rights under the U. S. Constitution so, what's the problem? If your wife still works for the TSA, why don't you request that she conduct an informal poll among her co-workers as to what they would do if they found pictures of the these three people?
