Well Bryant,

Either I am missing something here or the answer is simple. In theory, the
reason you are not able to potentially take a weapon OUT of your checked
luggage is because your luggage was screened in ZRH. Therefore if you had a
weapon it would have been detected and removed before you arrived in DFW.
