Aw, cry me a river! It's the airlines that makes the rules; they have to
learn to live with them!

I wonder what NW will come up with next to try to "recover" from these
customers playing by the rules? :-(

Waiving change fees might be prudent in some cases, for keeping customer
good will might have more value than the change fee. But accepting expired
vouchers or not lifting paper tickets sounds downright stupid!
