However, the manual is still licensed under the terms of the GFDL, a licence which is not considered to meet the requirements of the Debian Free Software Guidelines. Therefore I believe it is not possible to distribute under the amended terms, but debian-legal will be able to give a more accurate analysis than myself (I see Henrique de Moraes Holschuh is going to take care of this, thanks!).
