PXE-based kickstart works for me, using initrd-everything.img from ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.3/en/os/i386/images/pxeboot The 1650 has PXE support built-in (just hit F12), although you might need to enable it in the BIOS setup.
