This also arose because QA is looking at potentially thousands of cases
with names that would pop up in searches all over the place, with little
to no benefit for most searchers.
Basically, the test case names are likely to have every single keyword
someone is searching for ("firefox" to "kernel" and all in between.) I
agree we should put this in place, if QA still chooses to use it.
