You have repeated many times that removing pulseaudio would remove
gnome-shell.
Suggested workarounds have been
'rpm -e --nodeps pulseaudio' followed by 'dnf install pipewire'
and the perhaps more mainstream
'dnf swap pipewire pulseaudio --allowerasing'
