I suppose I could test it for you.  But have you tried installing an app such as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bluetoothx.filetransfer.become 

Tell me something. 

How do I debug Bluetooth?

Aren't there any log files that I look at to get a better understanding as to why this is failing?
