What are you trying to use to transfer the files? As far as I know,
there's nothing builtin to Android to transfer files over bluetooth.
In Android you can just share files via bluetooth. I have been doing
that for years.
You just click on the share icon and select bluetooth and select the
device you want to share with.
I am not sure I understand the question.
FWIW, I am a KDE Desktop user.
I have "kde connect" installed on my Samsung phones. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kde.kdeconnect_tp
This doesn't use bluetooth, but does add extra features/abilities. And it transfers files
without problem. For me, I find this a better solution since not all my desktop systems
have bluetooth.
