Ehhhh, if its not an official Fedora project, and doesn't use the name because it doesn't match up with the goals of Fedora, then I really don't think we'd want to have it in the infrastructure. IMHO, you should feel free to take the open source tools that we're using (cvs, plague, mock) and make a separate repository as an addon to what Fedora provides, but this isn't a direction that I think we want to take Fedora.
