I had a discussion with Kristin Borths (Red Hat's trademark lawyer)
last week about this and also refreshed my memory on the license of
fedora-logos. The conclusion was that the person asking the question
should comply with all the requirements that apply to use of the
Fedora Remix secondary mark

BTW I think that part of the Fedora trademark guidelines is somewhat
confusing because it doesn't speak to situations where one is creating
something that would qualify as a 'remix' but doesn't use the
secondary mark.
