ClamAV doesn't require 1.2.1. It just checks to make sure you're not
using an older version with known security issues by blindly looking at
the version number. The zlib rpm present in FC1, FC2 and FC3 has been
patched with backported security fixes and clamav will work just fine
with them by using the "--disable-zlib-vcheck" configure option.
