Yeah, I think tracker bugs for each of the subsystems would make the
most sense. 

That way anyone interested in the subsystem could add themselves to cc
and would get a email about dependent bugs being added/closed, etc. 

You could get a list via the blocker bug too or search on it if you
prefer. 

I talked to the X bugzapper/triager and for X related bugs he just
suggested reassigning them to the xorg-x11-drv-whatever component and
let them go from there. 

So, would you be interested in any FS related bug then? or just ext*
or ?

What other subsystem maintainers are known? I can setup tracker bugs
for them.
