Running Plasma 6 on Wayland on Fedora 40. Every time I step away from
my system for a while I come back to a hung plasmashell.
I am able to recover by switching to a console on a different VT and
restarting it (systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell.service) and
waiting for 30 seconds or so. (Presumably systemd is killing it after
some timeout.)
Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas on how I can figure out what the
heck is going on?
I'm seeing the same.
The menu bar at the bottom of the screen is unresponsive. Sometimes an
odd cursor shows up (one of the window resize cursors) when I mouse
over the bar.
Same here, on two different machines, a laptop and a desktop.
