I have a different reason for avoiding wayland, which many of you may share. You may have heard me mention this before. Many of us are working from home and need to do presentations. Let's say we're using chrome to do the presentations. Under wayland, only some of the open windows will be shown as selectable for sharing. For now, that makes wayland a non-starter. I think we have to wait until more of the apps used to present are wayland native for this problem to be solved. _______________________________________________ kde mailing list -- kde@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to kde-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/kde@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
