We do make an effort to do so for the latest fedora release.  For example we 
recently refreshed f28 to pim-18.04,
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-754f132063

and will be doing so with 18.08.x release series soon (probably after f29 
GA)
