Well, the original message in this thread was about a Google Pixel so it would seem
the issues extend beyond Samsung now.  FWIW, everything is fine with my Samsung
devices running Android 7.

Based on what you've said it would seem like filing a BZ to be a dead end.

Anyway, I'm happy with the few times I need to use kdeconnect.
