As usual, Mr Harald's prose is so tortured that I can barely make out
what he's talking about. In the several years he's been contributing to
these lists it seems to have become even more obtuse than it used to
be. Since in the past he has expressed the opinion that this is
everyone else's problem rather than his, I think this sub-thread is now
over and I'll be filtering it from now on.
