What are "08/15 users"?
users like you :-)
Nope, no idea what you're talking about, which is not unusual with your
posts. Who are "users like me"?
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/08/15_(Redewendung)
translate it to "average"
Not an expression used in English.

my posts are usually not about users which just cope to install a random
operating system and look at some fancy pictures or listen to some audio
tracks and that's it
I'm sure your users feel privileged to be attended by such a superior
being.

I took the obtuse reference to mean people that use a computer from 8AM
to 3PM (1500hrs)

7 hours- loser :-)

You know, efficient and productive folks who have
lives outside of computers. :-) :-)

nope - productive just do their *work* within 4 days instead 5 :-)

I was certain there could be no
reason to insult anyone in a benign thread such as this one.
problem is if you want to feel insulted you can feel it with every sentecne you take - 08/15 users is a sentence to describe people which are just clicking here and tehre, writing some docs, writing some mails, browse some websites but lack deeper understanding of their systems and frankly after kknowing POC for many years on several fedora lists he is a prototype for "just a default user" which hadrly get affected by thinmgs like background tasks like wget or screen goit fucked up when even systemd developers taking shit like "wget is a forground task" while the manpage clearly states " Wget is non-interactive, meaning that it can work in the background"

and yes, i am tired to discuss with such usertypes about IT topics
